As part of the set requirements to secure the family empowerment scholarship for students with unique abilities, you will be expected to show proof of your child’s age, the respective laboratory or clinical diagnosis, and your residency. Once your application is successfully approved, funds will be immediately deposited into an ESA.

Families of interested students are to choose the option to make purchases of these services and products using the MyScholarShop without having to make an upfront payment as you apply for the reimbursement. Moreover, they can still utilize the services of providers or vendors outside of the MyScholarShop, which are basically for pre-approved purchases, by making an upfront payment and submitting a claim for reimbursement.
