Job Description:
In this role, Cultivation Specialists are expected to perform a variety of day-to-day tasks to ensure the highest standards of plant care. Responsibilities include cloning, pruning, transplanting, watering, cleaning, spraying, and more. Successful candidates will conduct daily care and maintenance of plants from seed to harvest. Monitoring and adjusting factors such as spacing, air circulation, and sun/shade exposure are essential to maintaining optimum plant health. Additionally, experience in using potting machines for transplanting is highly valued. The role also requires proficiency in landscape design, adding a creative touch to the cultivation process.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Experience in plant propagation, horticulture, or botany.
