Job Description:
- Responsible for all basic cleaning tasks in residential and office buildings.
- Performs cleaning duties such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
- Maintains cleanliness in restrooms by restocking dispensers, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, and mopping tile floors.
- Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners; ensures cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Transports dirty linens for cleaning and restocks areas with clean linens.
- Assists other departments as needed and performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ability to use various cleaning products and equipment; capable of standing for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills; can complete tasks independently and on time.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
